Clear prices, a fixed quote up front, and no monthly builder fees. You own your site. Pay only for what you actually need.
The core
For a build like this, an agency would charge £2,000 to £8,000. Mine start at £149.
Need more than eight pages in total? Larger sites are quoted to scope, so you pay for the real work rather than a flat page rate.
Online shops
Full card payment shops, built on the same engine as Chai by Kai. Every tier takes as many products as you have. What changes between them is how much you can run yourself.
Shop tiers are complete packages, and the per page price above applies to static sites rather than shops. Your privacy policy, terms, and delivery and returns pages are included on every shop and do not count towards your page total, because you need them to sell online and it would be daft to charge you for them.
The build cost is split in two: half once you are happy with the first example, half when your site goes live. If you are hosting the site yourself, the full folder of files is sent to you once the balance is paid in full. Hosting, setup and management are separate and paid in full. Two rounds of changes included in every build. Most sites go live within one to two weeks.

† The domain included in either monthly plan is a .co.uk, which is the right one for a business trading here and the one people actually type. If you would rather have a .com, or you want to register one alongside your .co.uk so nobody else takes it, I can do that at cost. It is usually a few pounds a year more and I do not add anything on top.
A working contact form and Google Analytics are included in every build, not charged for. The mailing list is set up free on either monthly plan, so the price above only applies if you are hosting the site yourself. Setting up a mailing list covers the account in your name, the signup box on your site, the emails branded to match your business, your welcome email, and sending from your own address rather than a gmail one. That last part needs a domain, which either monthly plan includes. Fully Managed clients also get 30% off everything on this list and off extra pages.

* Unlimited updates covers text, photos and small changes, within reason. A steady flow of requests is fine, but several requests every week is beyond reasonable use. New pages and full redesigns are priced separately, and Fully Managed clients get 30% off those and off every add on.
